PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

-- $300 Deposit. Receipt of this deposit will reserve your space on
whichever trip you choose.
-- Balance. Must be received (in whatever increments you choose to pay it)
at least 30 days before your trip's departure date.

**If for whatever reason, CLIMB ECUADOR must cancel one of its trips, ALL payments received for the cancelled trip will be immediately and fully refunded.

**CANCELLATION/REIMBURSEMENT:  Upon cancellation by client MORE than 30 days prior to trip start date, ALL payments received will be FULLY REFUNDED.  Upon cancellation by client LESS than 30 days prior to trip start date, 50% of ALL payments made, or the $300 trip deposit, whichever is greater, will be withheld.  NO refunds (full or partial) in the event a client begins a trip but then leaves early.

**INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of the client to obtain his or her own travel or medical insurance, if so desired. CLIMB ECUADOR will assist you in obtaining reasonably-priced insurance coverage.

It is the responsibility of the client to have all personal hiking and mountaineering equipment, such as a backpack, strong hiking boots, plastic mountaineering boots, crampons, ice ax, harness, sleeping bag, waterproof jacket and pants, etc. All equipment required for glacier climbs may be rented in the host country if you do not already have this equipment and choose not to buy it. (A detailed equipment list will be mailed to you upon receipt of a trip deposit.)
